While our primary focus is on transforming education through support for multilingual learners and bilingual educators, our philanthropic vision extends beyond the classroom. 

In honor of personal passions and family legacy, the Sullivan Family Charitable Foundation also supports a select group of organizations dedicated to the arts, culture, veterans, and community well-being.

We believe in the transformative power of education.  All students deserve a high-quality, excellent public education. As former public school teachers (two of us!), we want to support efforts to improve outcomes for multilingual learner students and increase the teacher candidate pool for bilingual teachers.

We champion relational philanthropy by forging lasting partnerships, committing to
multi-year grants, and nurturing environments where creative solutions meet
